Honeybees here had a challenging time due to massive levels of rain and snow. Most honeybees in our locale couldn't even fly to pollinate the almonds this year to too cold and too wet.

On the much brighter side of things...consider the results:

Nearly every reservoir filled.
Massive wild flower bloom.
The ten year drought was knocked out BIG TIME.
Enough snow pack to feed our reservoirs all year.
Enough snow pack to keep some ski resorts open until August.

And the list goes on and on and on.

Last, and not least, many, many monster swarms [some are the size of three basketballs] due to massive wild flower blooms...

We were given a radical, massive, undeserved miracle.

Up, up and away!

It’s good to see you! I’m glad that conditions have vastly improved with the rains. How are you doing?

Got to look at that silver lining. No almonds/lots of wild flowers. The drought last year here has brought a huge thistle crop this year. I dig them up, root and all but several neighbors with a lot more land have thistle patches bigger than all of my acreage. I just did 2 more splits last week.
